ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and other food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please be aware that chocolate may soften or melt during shipping, especially during warmer weather. Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control the temperatures or conditions it may encounter while in transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility that chocolate products may arrive softened or melted. Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for melted or heat-damaged chocolate.

We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.
