How shipping works at Market To Your Door

We are a reseller: after you place an order, we source your items from the stores we shop (Trader Joe's, Aldi, Sprouts, The Fresh Market, Publix, World Market, Buc-ee's and more) and ship them to you anywhere in the US.

Dry goods (shelf-stable items)

• Handling time: 2-3 business days to source and ship your order.
• Rates: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Carriers: major US carriers (ground services).

Frozen and refrigerated items

• One method only: FedEx Priority Overnight. Frozen and refrigerated items never ship ground or 2-day.
• Handling fee: $20.00 on the Frozen Food shipping profile, covering the insulated box and dry ice.
• Packing: insulated packaging with dry ice to keep items cold in transit.
• Please note: we pack carefully, but we cannot guarantee items will arrive fully frozen.

Chocolate and heat-sensitive items

Chocolate may melt during shipping in warm weather. We pack it carefully, but we cannot guarantee it will arrive unmelted.

If an item is unavailable

If something you ordered cannot be sourced, we will contact you and offer a substitute of equal value or a full refund for that item - your choice.

Returns

We are a reseller. All sales are final - no returns.
