At Market To Your Door, many items are personally sourced from local retailers after your order is placed.

Non-Refrigerated Items

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to pick up, prepare, and ship your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Refrigerated & Frozen Items

Refrigerated and frozen items require 2-Day Air Shipping to help protect product quality during transit.

These orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday only.

Orders that cannot be prepared in time for our Monday or Tuesday shipping schedule will be held until the following shipping week.

Please allow time for us to source and prepare your items before shipment.

Frozen and refrigerated items are carefully packaged with dry ice and insulated packaging to help keep products cold during transit.

Although every effort is made to keep items cold, products may arrive partially thawed or no longer completely frozen, especially during warmer weather or if a carrier delay occurs. Dry ice may also be completely evaporated by the time your package arrives.

Please refrigerate or freeze your items promptly upon delivery.

Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Products

Chocolate and other heat-sensitive products may soften or melt during shipping, particularly during warmer months.

We take care when packaging your order, but Market To Your Door cannot guarantee that chocolate or other heat-sensitive products will arrive completely unmelted.

Customers purchasing chocolate or heat-sensitive items during hot weather accept the possibility of melting during transit.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Market To Your Door is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, transportation disruptions, or other shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Please bring refrigerated and frozen deliveries inside promptly and properly refrigerate or freeze all temperature-sensitive products upon arrival.
