Frozen Foods need to be packaged in a cooler and shipped directly to you within 1-3 days

day delivery. We do not assume the responsibility or guarantee the items to be frozen when you receive them. The coolers will be packed with dry ice: Dry ice needs to be handled with caution. When you receive your cooler DO NOT TOUCH the DRY ICE.

Frozen Food will be shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY.

We will Not ship Frozen Foods on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. This allows the shipper to have it to you in 2 - 3 days with no delay.
